The Glass Doctor of Lawton is now nationally accredited by the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standards Council (AGRSS). The full-service glass shop has agreed to adhere to the AGRSS standards, the only established standard for windshield replacement procedures.
"Our goal is to provide the utmost quality of service for our customers, so we are excited to be in this select group of glass shops," David Porter of Glass Doctor of Lawton said. "The windshield is an integral part of the structural integrity of any vehicle. People don't realize how much of a safety concern proper windshield replacement is," according to a July 23 Franchising.com report.
