The new Norwegian company Vetro Solar plans to build the world's largest factory for producing special glass for solar panels in Thalheim, Germany.
 

Vetro Solar plans to invest an estimated NOK 3 billion [$555.9 million] in the facilities, NRK reports. The factory will cover 300,000 square meters and create more than 500 new jobs, according to a report in The Norway Post Aug. 22.
