The new Norwegian company Vetro Solar plans to build the world's largest factory for producing special glass for solar panels in Thalheim, Germany.Vetro Solar plans to invest an estimated NOK 3 billion [$555.9 million] in the facilities, NRK reports. The factory will cover 300,000 square meters and create more than 500 new jobs, according to a report in The Norway Post Aug. 22.
